At the heart of Milan’s Brera district, the 403030 concept bistro is an ideal location for anyone who puts wholesome food and healthy living at the center of their lifestyle. The brainchild of entrepreneur Mariella Radici, the venue is named after the notorious “Zone Diet” and the percentages of macronutrients (carbs, protein and fat) it is based on.
403030 offers healthy dishes from a menu designed to satisfy taste buds without a huge impact on weight, curated by chef Claudio Colombo Severini so you can choose from a range of light options from breakfast to dinner. The restaurant extends over two floors and was designed by Spanish designer Patricia Urquiola. In her project, Urquiola strived to maximize the relationship between the interior space and the city of Milan outside, using cotto tiles and marble chip for floors and linings. Geometric patterns and interesting material inlay on the walls, abundant wood and marble, and many references to chic and contemporary industrial style complete the vision for 403030’s interior design.
